Vieltech is currently based in East Texas out of the Tyler / Lindale area. We offer competitive rates for onsite support as well as Internet based support for customers that are outside of our local radius, or who just prefer Internet based support as opposed to onsite support. Rates are listed below.
Internet based support: $25 /hr for a minimum of 1 hour
Onsite Home Support: $50 /hr for a minimum of 1 hour plus travel fees
Onsite Business Support: $80 /hr for a minimum of 1 hour plus travel fees
